I’ve been running since middle school, and one lesson has shaped my coaching more than any certification: the biggest breakthroughs came when I stayed healthy enough to train consistently. That’s why my approach blends individualized run programming with strength, movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention. With backgrounds in both coaching and counseling, I help athletes build awareness, durability, and sustainable habits so progress can compound for years, not just one race cycle.
"Dami really helped me understand the process of becoming a better runner.

I have been running and lifting consistently for half my life and coaching Army soldiers for the last 5 years to improve their running speed and efficiency. Through my years of training and coaching I have developed an ever evolving style and mentality for training that I would like to use to help people achieve their goals and live healthier lives.
"Worked with him on strength and conditioning for multiple years.

Hi! My name is Olivia. I'm a life long athlete and current student. I have worked in youth sports. After I got injured and had to have surgery, I learned about training and everything about how my body works to get back to playing the sports I love. Thus lead to me getting certified as a running coach. I love helping others learn and improve their running. Wether your just starting out running, working on conditioning, or prepping for a race, I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

Hi, I'm Jess! I'm a runner who genuinely enjoys everything about the sport and the powerful life lessons you can learn from it. Running has taught me patience, resilience, and how to keep going when things are hard. I especially love working with beginners because it's amazing to see people grow more confident and become more excited about running. My favorite part of coaching is seeing someone surprise themselves. I want to help people discover what they're capable of.

I have a strong passion for coaching various endurance athletes! I'm dedicated to those that want to get to the next level no matter where they are at in their life! Continuing education is important to me so I may learn the latest science and that I can integrate that with my own personal methodology!
