How do I use or redeem a gift card?

TeachMe.To gift cards are easy to redeem and can be used for any coach or skill on the platform, from golf and tennis to fitness, soccer, pickleball, swimming, and more. Whether you received a gift or bought one for someone else, you can apply the balance at checkout in just a few seconds.

Here’s how it works.

How to Redeem Your Gift Card

1. Open your email and find your gift card code

After purchasing or receiving a gift card, you’ll get an email containing your unique redemption code.

2. Start booking your lesson

Add a lesson or package to your cart on TeachMe.To.

3. Enter your code at checkout

In the payment section, enter your gift card code in the Gift Card field.

Your balance is applied instantly and will reduce or cover the total amount due.

4. Complete checkout

If the gift card covers the full amount, you won’t be charged.

If the balance doesn’t cover the full cost, you can pay the remaining amount using any accepted payment method.

What Can I Use a Gift Card For?

Gift cards can be applied to:

  • Private lessons
  • Group lessons
  • Lesson packs
  • Online lessons

They work with any coach and any skill available on TeachMe.To.

Do Gift Cards Expire?

No. TeachMe.To gift cards never expire.

Use them anytime, on any activity.

Gift cards issued as a refund never expire either.

Lessons you buy with a gift card are prepaid lessons. They expire 12 months from the day you use the balance to buy them.

Can I Transfer My Gift Card?

Yes. Gift cards are fully transferable.

You can give the code to a friend or family member, and they can redeem it immediately.
