About your baseball coach
With over a decade of competitive baseball with advanced training and player development expertise. I focus on developed a strong foundation in fielding fundamentals, hitting mechanic and overall baseball IQ. On hand-eye coordination, footwork, balance, and speed. Emphasizing mechanics, strength, and mental preparation. In addiction I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), integrating strength and conditioning principles to enhance player performance, durability, and confidence both on and off the field.
