I'm a retired college baseball player with 5 years of experience playing. I played 3 years at Dawson Community College and 2 years at Missouri Valley College. I have 2 years of coaching experience I mainly worked with high schoolers getting them ready for the next level. I was an intern of my baseball team my last semester at Missouri Valley. I specialize in working with pitchers diving deeper into the statistics of pitching (Rapsodo).My goal is too help everyone become better players on and off the field.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLight throwing and a lot of mechanical work. We will be doing some running and a lot of stretching.
Lesson 4-10Throwing plans, bullpen work, flat ground
Lesson 2-3I will be aiding in fixing small mechanical work when it comes to pitching. Proper mechanics are important to prevent future injuries.
Advanced training plan
