Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will assess experience, different coaching styles as well as mechanical strengths and weaknesses. I will also talk to them about a plan for the next lesson as well as things they can do on their own
Lesson 2-3They will get a better understanding of what needs to be worked on. We will expand on the things talked about in lesson one. We will begin to work on application of these skills.
Lesson 4-10Improvement in skill and more application. We will also identify new strengths and weaknesses to develop more.
Youth players
Working with kidsI will adjust drills/level of baseball language based on age/skill or experience
Working with teenagersI have experience coaching both high school and college level athletes, I am able to adjust to any level of experience
