Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWith beginners in the first lesson I would like to get a baseline for where the player may be at, and once I see the basic swings we will begin to work on what’s necessary. I do not believe in one single style of coaching but that it is my job to find out a style of coaching that works for the player.
Lesson 11+All lessons at this point will be continuing to fine tune what has worked as well as working on tougher drills that will resemble games like situations.
Lesson 4-10The next few lessons will be more detailed where we will be able to build off of the past lessons. (This will be where the biggest jump in results will happen.)
Lesson 2-3The next few lessons will be more mechanically focused with some drill work and tuning of swing mechanics or fielding mechanics.
What you need to bringTheir own equipment: glove, bat, batting gloves, etc.
What I can bringI will have baseballs and potentially some training bats or gloves depending on the lesson details.
