Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will approach a beginner with just a fun experience see what they know and go from there. Also be calm and tell them they got this when they get down on themselves.
Lesson 11+Getting stronger physically and mentally baseball is 90 percent mental and if you’re not in the right mind you won’t be ready. Also teaching kids what to expect in counts on base and just learning more about the game itself.
Lesson 4-10Getting more swings in or ground ball’s or even pitching but just all around getting there work in and mastering what we have learned before.
Lesson 2-3Getting into more of the basics breaking down what is going wrong and trying new ways to do such things.
