Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce the field/positions, teach basic rules, basic throwing and catching.
Lesson 4-10Learning how to field ground balls and pop flies with game-like situations.
Lesson 2-3Introducing the swinging basics, base running, and bunting.
What you need to bringStudents will need to bring their own glove, with baseball attire.
