About your baseball coach
Hayden Givens-Craig is a professional pitcher whose career is built on development, persistence, and results. After entering college throwing just 73 MPH, Hayden transformed himself into a 90 MPH arm by his senior season. At Southeastern University, he became one of the program’s most dominant relievers, finishing his senior year with 4 top five single season records before signing professionally. Now Hayden uses the same training principles that fueled his own transformation to help athletes.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson we would find the movements you are least skilled at and find ways to improve those movements with me and while you are at home
Lesson 2-3We will continue to refine in on fixing our deficiencies. While finding new movement patterns that will help the athletes move better
Lesson 4-10Now since we have worked through the deficiencies, we will be able to move onto more pitch design, pitch grips, how to attack hitters, and what works best for them to be able to get outs at a high level
Lesson 11+At this point I will be very familiar with the athlete, and this is where we can move into heavy Velocity training, after assuring the arm is healthy along with the body, we will focus on throwing harder and throwing harder in the zone.

Working with teenagersWhen working with teens like myself who were behind the curve, we would focus very heavily on fixing the deficiencies in the delivery, while having a heavy focus on developing velocity.
