Coach Ian is a great coach and just really focuses on the heart of the player and position you are trying work at what i admire about him is how his experiences and lessons he once had he inflicts it into our workouts and help us all become better players he gives great advice even outside of baseball with makes him a better coach and players can see him as a mentor and someone to look up to and ask for help he believes in each of everyone of us and we believe in him too

Coach ian is a great coach. He is very helpful and great at explaining new things that he teaches. He always slows things down and shows u how to do it. Also he always keeps me locked into the game when i catch and talks to me about things i could do and do differently to help our pitchers succeed.

Coach W has very clear and clever ways for getting his methods across. His drills helped develop my proper arm path. He keeps the workouts easy to follow and they have the proper amount of difficulty. Coach W is easy the best pitching coaches I have ever had.
