Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson is to get to know my student and learn what they want to accomplish and get a feel of their abilities. I am a pitching coach, so I would evaluate arm strength during our first meeting.
Lesson 11+The final lessons will allow us to determine how much further can we train if needed to more advanced pitching drills.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 are more in depth analysis of how my student has progressed in terms of the drills we have completed. We will conduct more advanced running amd pitching drills at this point.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are based on what was discussed during lesson one and what I saw from my initial thoughts of my students abilities amd begin running drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsMy lessons with kids are based on my initial evaluation of their ability to pitch.
Working with teenagersMy lessons with teenagers is based on what they want to improve on.
