Your first lessonWe will review a lesson template so the player knows what to expect each time they take the field, which may include a proper warmup, long toss, and bullpen session. We will do an initial assessment of the players mechanics during catch play and on the mound.
Lesson 11+Have a dynamic understanding of how to pitch in certain counts, how to hold runners, and field their position. They will have a comprehensive understanding of arm strengthening programs and arm care programs and how to avoid harmful mechanics and bad habits.
Lesson 4-10Player will have an understanding of how to build arm strength and endurance. They will also how to properly apply drills and concepts to their mechanics and in game situations. They will learn how to properly locate pitches around the plate and at appropriate times.
Lesson 2-3Expect to have a basic understanding of some foundational throwing principles. The player will also have a comprehensive understanding of what a proper game day warm up and bullpen session will feel like as a pitcher.
