Your first lessonFirst lesson will be evaluating where the player is in their development.
Lesson 11+Continuously tweaking mechanics/pitch types/working on command. Heavy use of video to make micro adjustments
Lesson 4-10Pretty similar to lessons 2-3 but more throwing and working mechanics into throwing.
Starting some mound work. Real emphasis on medicine ball work, arm bands, and weighted balls(depends on age of athlete)
Lesson 2-3Using what I’ve learned to implement a plan. Usually going light on throwing and really working on mechanics. Real emphasis on medicine ball work and arm bands
