Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson for a beginner will learn the basics of the sport. I will teach them proper fielding and running techniques.
Lesson 11+During lessons 11+ we will add from the foundation that we have built and add acceleration and deceleration drills.
Lesson 4-10During lessons 4-10 we will increase drills each session. I will slowly add drills that will increase speed and agility.
Lesson 2-3After the first session I will slowly build coordination from each drill that we do. I will encourage everyone in each drill and motivate them to do their best!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will approach the first lesson as an assessment of what the athlete is good at and what the athlete needs to improve on. I will then ask the athlete and parents what they look to improve on as a baseball player.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ we will add more acceleration and deceleration drills as well as change of direction. I will also add base running drills, fielding drills, and many more!
