Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will to asses where you or your child is at in the game of baseball. We will go through the basics of fielding, throwing, hitting, and agility.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ will be about getting you and or your child ready for the next level they are heading to.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 will be about finding a routine and practice plan for each session. I will also plan accordingly to you and or your child’s current baseball schedule. This will be so the there isn’t too much throwing before a big game or tournament.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 will be the start of introducing a new training program that will increase arm strength, bat speed, agility, and fielding.

Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10: Improving strength, agility, and mobility. Getting the body used to moving in the proper way to limit future injuries.

Working with kidsWhen working with kids I take a slower approach and use fun drills to teach valuable skills that they will use throughout their whole baseball career.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers I like to find what motivates them and use my experience to show what hard work can do when improving your game as a baseball player.
