Your first lessonMeet with pitcher and parent(s) to talk about past, present and future goals. Observe the pitchers routine and catch play (mound work if agreed upon beforehand) to then create a broader plan.
Lesson 2-3Implement catch play plan
Implement new drills/routine
Build a solid player/coach relationship
Lesson 4-10Test and Retest metrics in order to measure results and make any necessary adjustments to training regiment.
Lesson 11+Long term plans may include more advanced and detailed training including but not limited to weightlifting, conditioning, nutrition, etc…
