Your first lessonGet to know the feel for people and how they adjust with me while getting a feel for them doing some drills.
Lesson 11+Have a daily routine and have a quick and simple so I can fully focus on improvements and adjustments needed for better performance.
Lesson 4-10Hopefully start to build a routine with stretching and exercises.
Lesson 2-3Get going on more intense work with more stretches and routine.
