First Lesson
The first lesson focuses on evaluating the athleteβs current skill level while building confidence and having fun. Weβll cover basic ball handling, shooting form, footwork, and finishing around the basket. Iβll identify strengths and areas for improvement and create a personalized development plan for future sessions.

During lessons 2 and 3, weβll reinforce fundamentals through repetition and game-like drills. Athletes can expect to work on ball handling, shooting mechanics, layups, passing, and proper footwork. I focus on building strong habits and helping players become comfortable and confident with the basketball.

Lessons 4 through 10 focus on skill development and applying those skills in game situations. Weβll work on advanced dribbling moves, shooting off the dribble, finishing through contact, change of pace, and basketball IQ. Drills become more challenging as the athlete progresses and gains confidence.
