Taught me how to become a better Jump shooter. I was taught three-point shooting and how to be a great free-throw shooter. I also learned how to create more offensive moves as a post player to help my college team more. Other skills taught were for me to be more confident and dribbling as a post player.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will start each lesson with warm-up shots
Lesson 11+Continue with more advanced programming that creates scoring and basketball I.Q. Drills.
Lesson 4-10The lessons at this step will be to master five advance basketball skills through a set program.
Lesson 2-3We will continue with a variety of skill drills. I.E., dribbling, scoring moves.
