With over 14 years of basketball experience and a background as a former college player, I bring a deep passion and knowledge of the game to every training session. My mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential on and off the court . Basketball has shaped who I am , and now I’m using tools to help other individuals. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe lessons will begin with light warm-up follow basic ball handling drills , passing , and proper shooting form.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will tie together the three fundamentals which is shooting , ball handling, and passing.
Lesson 4-10Expect more shooting and ball handling drills to mastery those skills !
Lesson 2-3Next lesson I will really focus on the fundamentals of ball handling and shooting skills .
Youth players
Working with kidsI make lessons fun when working with kids it will consist of fun games and teaching them the fundamentals of basketball.
Working with teenagersMy focus with the teenagers will be making sure they become better shooters and ball handlers being able to switch directions while seeing the court .
What you need to bringThe students needs to bring their own basketball and a water bottle.
