About your basketball coach
I’m a former collegiate athlete with a B.S. in Kinesiology and experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, and youth athletic development. My goal is to help players of all ages build strong fundamentals, improve basketball IQ, and gain confidence on the court. Every lesson is tailored to the athlete’s skill level, focusing on proper technique, hard work, and making the game fun.

What you need to bringPlease bring athletic clothing, basketball shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. If you have your own basketball, feel free to bring it, but one will be provided if needed. Come ready to work hard, ask questions, and have fun while improving your game.
What I can bringI provide basketballs, cones, agility ladders, resistance bands, and other training equipment for skill development, footwork, conditioning, and shooting drills. Athletes are welcome to bring their own basketball if they prefer, but it is not required.
