Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe’ll start with basic ball handling drills and work our way up to secondary ball handling drills.
Training 2-3The second and third lessons will be shooting fundamentals. Work on the mechanics and understand how to shoot properly.
Training 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be about simple footwork and understanding the basics of it.
Training 11+Lessons 11 and up will be understanding the game fundamentally and just get the base of everything from lesson 1 up until now.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen coaching kids, I keep things fun and high-energy while teaching the fundamentals of the game. I use games and simple drills to help younger players learn basic skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting in a way that keeps them engaged. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging space where kids can enjoy basketball, build confidence, and stay active.
Working with teenagersWhen coaching teens, I focus on helping them grow both in skill and mindset. I introduce more structured drills and game situations that challenge them while still keeping sessions fun and supportive. I aim to boost their confidence, improve basketball IQ, and prepare them for more competitive play—whether that’s school teams or just leveling up their overall game.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
