Coach Artem has been working with both of my sons, and we've seen great progress. My older son (16) plays at a high level in high school, and Artem helps him break down the details of his shooting form, improve footwork, finishing at the rim, and game-specific movements. With my younger son (13), who's still developing, they’ve focused on shooting — he’s now hitting 3–5 three-pointers and free throws in a row — as well as ball handling, basic fakes, and staying low in his stance. Artem adapts to each of their levels and keeps them both challenged and motivated.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to basic basketball skills — dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork. We assess coordination, confidence, and understanding of the game to set a clear starting point.
Lesson 11+We apply skills in basic game situations like 1-on-1 and 2-on-2. Players start learning teamwork, spacing, and simple strategies to prepare for team play and real games.
Lesson 4-10Drills become more dynamic — improving ball handling, layups, defense, and court awareness. We build confidence and help players feel more comfortable during practices and games.
Lesson 2-3Focus on proper technique and body control. Players learn how to dribble with both hands, make accurate passes, use correct shooting form, and move with purpose on the court.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonComprehensive skill evaluation — shooting, ball handling, off-ball movement, and decision-making. We set clear goals, identify strengths and weaknesses, and customize the training approach based on the player’s position and style.
Lesson 11+Real-game scenarios, decision-making under pressure, and leadership development. These sessions are designed to maintain consistency at a high level and prepare for games, tournaments, or tryouts.
Lesson 4-10Advanced drills focused on game-ready skills: speed dribbling, shooting under pressure, finishing through contact, and situational play (1-on-1, 2-on-2). Developing game IQ and confidence.
