I bring over 20 years of basketball experience as both a player and a coach. I played competitively through college and have spent the last 10 years coaching athletes from early youth levels through high school. My coaching philosophy focuses on fundamentals, discipline, teamwork, and player development both on and off the court. I am passionate about helping athletes grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game while teaching accountability, sportsmanship, and work ethic.

Beginner training plan
Your first trainingGet to know your skills and your weaknesses. We all have both so it’s time to figure out what all we need to start working on.
Training 2-3We get started! Time to start working on our not to strong areas and get them turned in strengths instead of weaknesses.
Training 4-104-10 we work still on what skills you need to develop as well as shooting shooting shooting.
Training 11+11+ we start to get a little uncomfortable when it’s time to use our non dominant hand and tweak any thing else that needs attention.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, as long as your lesson isn't in the next 24 hours. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

Coach B is seriously the best! She’ll push you harder than you thought you could go, but in the best way possible. Every practice, I could feel myself getting stronger, learning more, and building real confidence. She’s super easy to talk to, genuinely kind, and actually listens, which makes a huge difference. But don’t get it twisted… she does NOT entertain excuses 😂 If you show up, she’s going to make sure you put in the work. And honestly, that’s exactly why she gets results. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Coach B is amazing, I honestly have nothing negative to say. She is very detail oriented and takes the time to explain not just what to fix but why, which makes a huge difference.She pushes me and helps me realize messing up in practice is ok as long as I keep trying bc when bball start in school I’ll have it down and be able to show up and show out 😀

Coach B has been working with my eight year-old daughter for travel league and it’s been phenomenal! She is one of those people that you know you can easily talk to, but she’s about her business! I don’t feel worried about my daughter being in her presence because I know she’s in great hands and she’s taking the time to make sure my child’s comfortable and makes her work hard and have fun at the same time which is really important!
