Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is informative and easy
Lesson 11+Each training lesson will be an add on to the last and we will try to slowly and effectively progress.
Lesson 4-10The 4th through 10th lesson get a little more challenging while also still revisiting what we have already learned in earlier sessions.
Lesson 2-3Second and thirst lessons we will revisit what we have already learned and slowed add to that.
