Lesson 4-10Session 4: Building Confidence & Momentum
By now, you’re getting more comfortable. Movements feel smoother, your mindset is shifting, and you’re starting to see what’s possible. We focus on tightening the basics, correcting form, and pushing just a little further — without overwhelming you. This is where growth starts to show.
Lesson 2-3With the foundation laid, we get to work. This is where we apply the plan, challenge limits, and start making real progress toward your goals.
