Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 we will continue to focus on the basics but introduce new and more advanced drills and workouts to improve those skills.
Lesson 2-3During these lessons, we will start applying the basics from lesson one into more game like situations.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonLessons for advanced players will be tailored to the individual player. The first workout will be somewhat of an assessment to evaluate players strengths and weaknesses. Future workouts will be focused on maintaining strengths while building in areas the player needs improvement.
