> Chad is a great great coach because he interacts with the kids, he doesn’t yell at them but instead helps them by individually working with them, and when something happens he doesn’t yell hit acts in a stern and direct way say everyone will listens to him and still have an enjoyable time either if it’s with the game or practices.
