Training 2-3We reinforce core mechanics — footwork, dribbling, and shooting form — while building confidence through structured, high-rep drills. Each session ends with simple take-home drills to accelerate progress.
Training 4-10We transition into game-speed training: decision-making, spacing, and scoring under pressure. Athletes start applying their skills naturally in live situations.
Training 11+We focus on mastering advanced moves, IQ, and mindset to dominate in games. Training shifts toward performance habits that separate elite players from average ones.
