We’ll go through simple drills like stationary ball handling, layup form, and basic shooting mechanics. I keep it fun and encouraging while learning about the player’s goals. This sets the tone for our training journey.
Here we build consistency and real confidence:
• Dynamic dribbling (crossovers, hesitations)
• Shooting on the move
• Passing drills and simple 2-man actions
• Game situations (1-on-1 reads, attacking space)
We also introduce fitness and mental toughness drills. Players will feel themselves becoming true hoopers by this point.

In our first advanced session, I assess where you’re at physically and mentally—your strengths, weaknesses, and basketball IQ. We go through high-intensity drills to get a feel for your conditioning, shooting rhythm, ball control, and footwork. From there, we lock in a custom plan to elevate your game fast.
Now we refine and master. These sessions focus on perfecting your strengths, cleaning up weak spots, and preparing you to stand out in competitive games. We’ll simulate real scenarios, build consistency under fatigue, and keep pushing your ceiling. This is where you separate yourself.
We dive deep into advanced moves—step-backs, counters, pace control, and decision-making. You’ll learn how to read defenders, create your own shot, and dominate in 1v1, 3v3, and full-court settings. We mix in conditioning and mental toughness drills so your body and mind stay locked in.
Expect focused development on elite fundamentals. We’ll sharpen your handle under pressure, introduce game-speed shooting routines, and improve your reaction time on both ends of the floor. Each rep is intentional—this isn’t just training, it’s preparation for real game situations.
