I focus on skill development and strategic thinking to empower athletes to reach their full potential, all while fostering a genuine love for the game. The highest level of basketball I’ve played is collegiate level. This will be a great learning and growing experience. My job is to help your child get better and show improvements. I will show what hard work and dedication means and really look like and also push them to their full potential. Let’s work and be the best we can be.

Great morning! Hope you have been doing well. I just wanted to give you your flowers this morning. The training Reese received from you really gave her a push in all areas. My cousin and I (the one who use to walk with me) said the training did so much for her mentally and physically. She was swimming with the swim team and told me she wanted to cry but she just decided to push through. I love it! Anyway, just wanted you to know you have made a difference. Have a great weekend!!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI want to see what they know observe and correct and see where we need to start or sharpen certain skills.
Lesson 11+A lot of hard work showing improvements in all areas and conditions learning something new having homework and goals to hit while performing at higher level with better focus.
Lesson 4-10We will began to dig and dissect more about basketball while learning different drills to sharpen skills and also speed changes.
Lesson 2-3We will begin to work on the areas that stood out the most during the first session and began to tweak and acknowledge areas to approve and work on until the next session.
Youth players
Working with kidsObserving the attention spans, how they respond to certain things and they’re coping while trying to understand and grasp new knowledge at a certain pace.
Working with teenagersObserving the attention spans, how they respond to certain things and they’re coping while trying to understand and grasp new knowledge at a certain pace. While also observing how much or little is known and what they need to work on such as weak points.
What you need to bringThe only thing that you will need to bring is cold water, and shoes. Please dress comfortably shorts or tights and shirt. No other attire is acceptable during training practice unless it’s cold you may wear a hoodie.
What I can bringI will provide all equipment needed. If there is anything extra needed I will let the parents know at that time as the player progress.
