My passion lies in unlocking each player's potential through personalized training and fostering a supportive learning environment. 🏀 I also have experienced teaching basketball as I currently at the YMCA for almost ten years as well as co-coaching AAU for 2 years and high school 2 years. I love teaching and help young athletes to be successful by challenging them to both competitive with creative, inspiration, passion, as well as playing with joy and for fun. Basketball ball dribbling and cross over and hesitation dribble and in and out dribble
Layup, Floater, midrange, three pointer, step back and catch and shoot
Defense slides man to man and 2 3 zone defense. Then we do pass and catch bounce and chest.
Pick and roll and pick and pop
3 man weave
5 out passing with dribble hand offs
Scrimmage to review
3 point knockout.
