Beginner training plan
Your first trainingStart with some basic questions and see what they want to get out of their training. Do some basic drills to see where there skills are at.
Training 2-3Some drills that we can track progress with and see improvement along with some more difficult drills and hopefully see improvement.
Training 4-10A lot of shooting and ball handling mainly working on the fundamentals and footwork and then go into some more in depth stuff but depends on how much improvement the player is showing.
Training 11+Do the same drill we did during lessons 1 and 2 and see their improvement

Working with kidsWith the younger kids I emphasize fundamentals while playing fun games that work on more than just basketball and their overall motor skills.
Working with teenagersFor teenagers who really want to improve their game for the first session see what their skills, position, and goals are and then make them a personalized plan that we can follow.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, as long as your lesson isn't in the next 24 hours. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
