• Quick review: We’ll go over what you learned in session 1 to lock in the foundation.
• Reps, not rush: Expect more repetition with sharper feedback to build rhythm and confidence.
• New layer: We’ll begin introducing movement—like shooting off a step or adding basic footwork to dribbling.
• Mini test/game: A light challenge to apply what you’ve learned in a real feel setting.
Goal: Leave knowing why each rep matters and feeling more in control with your skills.

• Skill stacking: We’ll start combining two skills you’ve learned—like dribbling into a shot or pivoting into a pass.
• Better pace: You’ll move more naturally, and drills may pick up speed to match your progress.
• Body awareness: We’ll teach how to use your body for balance, space, and efficiency.
• First signs of flow: You’ll start to feel when something “clicks.”
Goal: Begin moving like a basketball player, not just practicing like one.
