Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI approach the first lesson with an assessment and evaluation to see how they move with and without the ball. If they're coachable, and if they show effort throughout the session.
Training 2-3They can expect it to be a little more challenging, as they stay consistent. I will put them through drills they can practice at home and eventually use in a game.
Training 4-10They can expect to be taught a variation of drills that will help them be successful in school ball. They will have a higher IQ and learn the basic fundamentals.
Training 11+They can expect to be challenged in every area. Work hard through every drill and be at a higher level than before and keep progressing in skill.
Youth players
Working with kidsI focus on the fundamentals first before any drills to see where their skill level is
