Your first lessonFirst Lesson we will be going over the physical and mental demands of the amazing game of Basketball while getting an understanding of what your Goals and Aspirations related to basketball.

Your first lessonAdvanced Basketball Players have often already have an image of the type of player they are and strive to be. This first Lesson is for me to learn the player and understand they’re perspective of the game along with who they want to become.
