Training 11+Building reps. Building towards goals focus on strength and conditioning mixing in more off court drills and exercises to improve speed, shooting mechanics,balance, hand and eye coordination as well as physical health
What you need to bringStudents must bring basketball shoes (no crocs or slides)
Personal towel and water bottle
What I can bringBasketball, cones, water and additional equipment as needed
