Your first trainingFirst lesson is going over basic rules and regulations of basketball. Evaluating ability then implementing shooting and dribbling exercises to improve skills
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingSharpening skills. Working on rigorous exercises to push limits. Fine tune skills and perfect additional elements to continue to elevate skill set
Training 2-3Feedback from first session provide critique and create points of emphasis
Training 4-10Implementation of additional skills that haven’t been developed
Training 11+Building reps. Building towards goals focus on strength and conditioning mixing in more off court drills and exercises to improve speed, shooting mechanics,balance, hand and eye coordination as well as physical health

Working with kidsTeaching them the joy of the game introduces them to different basketball games to play with their peers. Helping to develop their skills in regards to dribbling, shooting and defense
