Your first lessonReinforce fundamental skills while introducing new skills
Lesson 11+Offense, defense, transition skills. Live game action, 1 on 1, 3 on 3. Real Game Application.
Lesson 4-10Finishing around the rim, wide variety of 1 & 2 foot finishes. Advanced ball handling, straight line and changing directions.
Lesson 2-3Advanced footwork for all areas of the floor. Shooting form, mechanics and efficiency from all levels.
