Your first trainingFirst lesson is an evolution of skills, balance and basketball IQ so that moving forward the foundation is strong.
Training 2-3Building on lesson 1 weaknesses that will be communicated after the workout.
Training 4-10More challenging workouts that include skills that are present along with those I’m looking to build up. Basketball is multidimensional so being able to multi task with different skills is necessary for growth and improvement.
Training 11+Continual breaking down the clients game/skills in order to build them up as better competitive basketball players.
