Lesson 11+(Skill-Level Based)
-Training becomes personalized based on athlete progression
-If progressing fast focus on advanced ball-handling, game reads, shooting on the move, and competitive finishing
-If needing fundamentals focus on footwork, form shooting, finishing angles, and defensive basics
-If ready for game concepts introduce spacing, timing, pick-and-roll reads, transition decisions, and controlled scrimmages
Lesson 4-10-Add dribble change moves such as crossover, in and out, hesitation
-Improve shooting consistency and mechanics
-Finishing variations including inside hand, outside hand, and two foot finishes
-Defensive closeouts and positioning
-Basic spacing and controlled 1-on-1 situations
-Conditioning using basketball skill-based drills
Lesson 2-3-Dribbling with both hands (stationary and moving)
