Your first trainingBasic shooting, dribbling, and passing drills. Defensive stance & posture. Conditioning
Training 2-3Conditioning, dribbling, shooting, passing drills.
Defensive movement & positioning. 3 point shooting, catch and shoot, step back shooting, shooting off the dribble skill training.
