Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI just test your skill level can you make a right handed layup, left handed layup, dribbling skills, shooting ability, and your defensive ability.
Training 2-3I would build slowly on what you already know and teach you more in depth better skills and techniques to help you become a better player.
Training 4-10Expect to start the more challenging drills and harder workouts.
Training 11+The basics will take time to complete but around maybe 12+ sessions we are working at a level you can’t imagine.
What you need to bringI have several basketballs. But, if you are not in Middle School, High School, or above please bring a youth basketball.
What I can bringI have all the necessary equipment such as cones, pads, resistance bands, etc.
