Jeremy is an amazing coach! He really pushes my son and challenges him to get out of his comfort zone. He’s been working with him since he was in 4th grade and now he’s wrapping up his 7th grade year. Jeremy is always working with our schedule and always find time for us in his busy schedule including offer open gym at his school.
Jeremy is a great coach and I recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

Coach Dabney has been working with my son since last summer and he has gotten much better since then. He’s an 8th grader who got moved up to play on a 9th grade circuit team. Coach Dabney has helped us find AAU teams and help find teams near our area.
Coach Dabney has also started working with my younger son as well and has showed so much patience with him. He’s a great coach

Coach Dabney is a great coach! He helped prepare my daughter for basketball and helping her develop aggressiveness. He’s worked with our schedule plenty of times and is always flexible. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson is starting off with establishing a warm up routine and learning basic ball handing skills. Before learning into another skill.
Lesson 4-10At this point, we have established a routine and we’re learning new skills and drills that will be challenging but will help you get better. End of session with some fun games and conditioning.
Lesson 2-3We’re enforcing our routine that we learned from the first session which is do our warm ups before continuing to learn the skills that we learned from the first session. Incorporating conditioning towards the end of the session.
