This session enhances first-step quickness, vertical explosion, lateral agility, and endurance, ensuring the athlete can sustain high performance deep into games.

We push the player in live, high-intensity 1-on-1 scenarios, reinforcing their ability to break down defenders, execute counter moves, and finish plays under pressure.
🔹 Session 2: Advanced Ball Handling & Attack Moves
We focus on tight dribbling in high-pressure situations, using combo moves (hesitation, in-and-out, spin, behind-the-back, between-the-legs) to create separation. Players work on reading defenders and attacking efficiently.
🔹 Session 3: High-Level Passing & Playmaking
Players refine passing accuracy in game-like situations, including off-the-dribble passing, no-look passes, and reading defensive rotations to improve court vision.
