Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction Asking the student what are short/long term goals he/she will like to get accomplished on a personal level and basketball it’s imperative to build a relationship with the kids so they can trust you. Also we will work on basic ball handling and form shooting to get things started.
Lesson 11+We will review and go over all the drills we worked on a go game speed.
Lesson 4-10The lessons will be more challenging but we will still work on the drills but we will add different counters and triple threat action
Lesson 2-3Moving without the ball, getting to the spot, finishing with both hands.
