Praise effort over results and positive encouragement to provide small goals to work towards. Builds confidence and helps them stay motivated.
Working with teenagersAccountability & Self-Discipline - help them set personal goals and hold them accountable for progress - stressing the importance of consistency and discipline in work ethic.
