Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would start off with the basic teachings of basketball such as dribbling and making their handles better
Lesson 11+They would be elite
Lesson 4-10To be able to perform basketball moves, shoot the basketball and be more efficient
Lesson 2-3To be able to dribble with both hands, do a lay up and run up and down the court
