Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson with beginners will focus on technique and footwork and learning the spots on the court. Balance is very important in basketball so there will be a lot of focus on that in the first lesson.
Lesson 11+Now we will begin with advance dribble moves. Also different kind of finishing moves around the base and shooting from the 3pt line.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will include basketball moves while on the move and how to attack the defense. Also the correct stance for defense and how to stay in front of an offensive players.
Lesson 2-3The next couple of lessons will include dribbling the basketball and how to correctly make a lay up. We will also focus on how to shoot the ball.
