Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFor a beginner I will test what level of skill you have. Basic fundamentals will be taught and how they handle that, I will decide what will be taught next.
Training 2-3Based on current skills, more intermediate skills will be taught. Different ways to finish in the paint, different ways to score will be taught.
Training 4-10As you progress more skills will be taught as well as concepts. Concepts in basketball can be offensive and defensive. Learning when to do a certain move or act in a certain situation will be taught.
What you need to bringBring whatever basketball you would be playing with in school, AAU, or rec league.
What I can bringI’ll bring my own basketball and once we talk about what you want to accomplish/get better at. I will bring extra items as needed.
